The new tilt-hook system

Alinel continues to reinvent itself with its Type F cladding and the new tilt-hook system that is at the heart of this innovation. The innovative comb design caused a redesign of the entire mounting system.

Alinel’s engineers wanted another quick and easy mounting system and so they arrived at the tilt-hook system. The brand new mounting system builds on the same technology and innovation as the existing tongue-in-groove system.

When mounted, a one-sided lifting movement causes the profiles to link with each other. Once linked in position, the system offers the flexibility to move each profile 2 mm to the left or right. This makes fine-tuning possible, which ensures that the cladding always fits the facade surface, down to the millimetre.

Both mounting systems have their own characteristics and are used as their profile type requires. Type F and the patented tilt-hook system are linked together.
